Abstract
The article is devoted to the amendments, adopted in May, 2022 for the development of the legislation in the sphere of purchases of construction works. A ban on the application of budget standards and prices of construction resources during the execution of some works has been imposed since 01.05.2022. This innovation can have both positive influence on the performance of contracts in the sphere of construction, and some negative consequences. The analysis of the matter proves, that the imposed ban, as well as the new order of formation of the estimated cost of construction in general, need completion.
