Abstract

<p style='text-indent:20px;'>Long time behavior of a semilinear wave equation with variable coefficients with nonlinear boundary dissipation is considered. It is shown that the existence of global and compact attractors depends on the curvature properties of a Riemannian metric given by the variable coefficients.</p>
