Abstract
Using the hyperspherical function method it is shown that the terms representing the contribution of single and double scattering processes to the three-body scattering wave function corresponding to elastic 3→3 scattering have the asymptotic behaviour ϱ − 5 2 in the six-dimensional configuration space.
