Abstract

The adsorption of DNA at a stationary mercury drop electrode was followed by means of differential capacitance measurements. It was found that the structure of adsorption layer depends on the interface potential. At the negatively charged interface transitions occur from isolated to associated adsorbed DNA molecules. The behaviour of the associates has been investigated.
