Abstract

Using the potentiostatic pulse method, the differential capacity on gold for 0.1 M KF methanolic solution and for the solutions containing hexanol-1 of several concentrations has been measured. Surface fractional coverage θ = Γ/Γ max with hexanol-1 molecules for potentials near to the potential of maximum adsorption and energy of adsroption have been calculated according to the Frumkin theory of adsorption.
