Abstract
Contrary to existing theories, we have taken into account the fact that the effective potential between a pair of particles will be affected by the presence of a vacancy. This charge gives rise to a contribution to the activation energy which is of the same order of magnitude as the contribution due to the vacancy nonlocalization.
