Technology was developed for modifying viscose and polyacrylonitrile fibres for textile applications [5] with fireproofing compounds to obtain difficultly combustible composite materials. The mechanism of action of phosphorushalogen-nitrogen-containing fireproofing compounds (including in microcapsular form), blends of them, and hybrid systems of modified fibres on combustion of composite materials was investigated [6]. A patent was obtained for extrusion composites of secondary polymers for processing into industrial and household articles made of KFZh carbamide resin, phosphogypsum, and various chemical fibres [7]. The physicochemical principles of modification of these composites are based on changing the composition, structure, and surface activity of the fibre filler to react with the polymer binder. The area of application of the composites includes manufacture of shaped items [8]. A method of layered application of the components in reinforced composite materials technology that makes it possible to increase the prepreg storage time to two months and longer and increase the strength of the articles was developed [9, 10]. A method for process application of the magnetic treatments in production of items made of reinforced composite materials has also been patented [11].
