Abstract
The author gives a complete theory on tensor operators of the OSP(1,2) algebra, including a new definition of the irreducible tensor, a coupling law of two irreducible tensors, the Wigner-Eckart theorem and a series of methods of calculating reduced matrix elements, etc. One can see the overall application of the OSP(1,2) Racah coefficients.
