Abstract
On analysis of old handmade paper which has been made in the centuries between 15th and 18th, I made an investigation on the subject of vicissitude in the progress of paper manufacture.The development of working technique of paper manufacture was tolerably notable in 1550 especially on medium and their paper and then it was improved step by step. Most excellent paper appeared on Keicho and Genbun era (16001750).A fatal defect of the technique on old paper manufacture is a beating process for raw material and it's the couse of the blemish of the paper on which surface still remains a raw fibre. Moreover, there are no standardized size fos breadth and thickness of the paper.
