Abstract
本報は運転時における圧入歯車の各部応力と圧入面のしめしろに対する遠心力の影響を調べ, 遠心力を考慮したときの圧入歯車の安全性について検討したもので, 次の結論を得た. (1)遠心力による最大応力は歯みぞ中心線が歯底円と交わる位置で生じ, 歯車各部の応力および圧入面のしめしろの減少は回転数の二乗に比例する. (2)最大応力, Hoferの危険断面位置での歯元ふち応力, 圧入面のしめしろの減少に対する実用式を提示することができた.
