Abstract
The present paper deal with the asymptotic behaviour of a certain class of third order neutral delay differential equations (NDDE). Sufficient conditions ensuring all solutions of the considered nonlinear NDDE’s to be stable, bounded and square integrable are proven. Also given is an illustrative example.
