Abstract
We discuss some aspects of a well-known connection between Schrodinger equations and Fuchsian systems of Okubo type. Main attention is paid to the numerical in variants of holomorphic vector bundles on the Riemann sphere defined by a Fuchsian system of Okubo type. In particular, we compute the Chern class of the canonical extension and in some cases find its splitting type.
