Abstract

The article presents a brief analysis of the socio-political situation that has developedin Russia as a result of sanctions and isolation, with an emphasis on the problems of thefunctioning of the scientific and technological complex. The problems of informational isolationof scientific organizations in Russia and the evaluation of scientific institutions of “unfriendly”countries, the possibility of correcting the volume of funding for the initiatives of theGovernment of the Russian Federation related to import substitution and the developmentof scientific infrastructure, the problems of intellectual property of “unfriendly” countries areindicated, as well as the possibilities of changing the governance of the scientific and technologicalcomplex, to obtain real results for the economy in autonomous conditions.
