Abstract
In this paper, we introduced new concepts for surely and possibly , startshaped (convex ) set. Also for rough starshaped ( rough convex) set .We established the neccessary and su¢ cient conditions for a set to be starshaped (convex ) set or rough starshaped ( rough convex) set . Finally ,we introduced new concepts for starshaped (convex ) relation.
