Abstract
Patients are increasingly presenting with advanced coronary artery disease after myocardial infarction with severe left ventricular dysfunction (LVEF <30%). Treating these patients is a separate problem: complete revascularisation along with minimum perioperative myocardial ischaemia is the most important goal in treating them. This study was from July 2013 to June 2021. A total of 107 patients had undergone CABG having LVEF <30%, and the incidence rate was 10.4%.
