Abstract
Environmental pollution and environmental justice have increasingly become prominent issues of the world now. Environmental injustice may exacerbate social injustice. Modern democratic theory and practice indicate active and effective public enviromental participation is necessary to solve environmental injustice issues. According to actual survey data, the paper will analyze the public participation situation in environmental protection and supervision of china, and put forward the proposals to increase public participation, including increasing participation awareness, strengthening e-government to broaden the participation channels, improving laws and regulations and so on.
