Abstract Data gathered during a period of two years seem to indicate certain seasonal fluctations in the populations of aquatic bugs in a fish pond. The probable factors contributing to these fluctuations are temperature, rainfall and migration. The paper deals with observations on 21, species belonging to 9 genera of aquatic bugs.
