Abstract
There are many characteristics of industrial clusters within Tangshan city area, the number of private small and medium enterprises is large, These clusters effect in the Tangshan region's economic development and play an irreplaceable role. However, characteristics of SME Clusters in Tangshan City in the industry cluster development process, there are still inadequate planning, inadequate financing, cluster innovation ability and so on. Therefore, we should actively explore the development of SME clusters with appropriate countermeasures.
