Abstract

Abstract This paper presents the solution to the trajectory tracking control problem of an omnidirectional mobile robot without velocity measurements. Lyapunov function-based control design strategy is developed via an application of a quasi-invariance principle for non-autonomous systems of differential equations. The global uniform asymptotic stability property of the set of all equilibrium points of the closed-loop system has been proved by constructing a saturated position output feedback controller.
