Abstract
Further discussion on the ortho-para mixing model for the family mixing is made. It is shown that this model predicts under a reasonable assumption that, within a factor of O(1), |Vcb| ∼((ms/mb)2 + (mc/mt)2)1/2 and |Vub| ∼ms/mbsin θc and J (rephasing-invariant CP measure)∼msmcsin 2θc/(mbmt). Charged lepton mixing matrix is also discussed.
