Abstract
Starting from a clinical situation where ill-treatment, abandonment and expatriation are combined like tragic destiny of a young girl whose meetings, by one of the two clinicians, fell under faintness. The authors after seeing tried to analyze the situation on the side of its tranferential dead ends and after having located the devastation which on listening a subject attacked by a permanent feeling of shame can produce, requested the conceptual and metapsychologic resources thereafter in order to clarify the problems of shame in the transfer.
