Abstract
In this note we consider nonlinear systems of difference equations of the form where is a continuous mapping and and are state and control functions, respectively. We derive sufficient conditions for local controllability into fixed points of the uncontrolled system i.e. solutions of the equation The result is applied to a time-discrete predator–prey model.
