Abstract
In the paper, we consider the complete semigroup of binary relations defined by semilattices of the class Σ3(X, 8). We give a full description of idempotent elements for the case where X is a finite set and Z 7 ≠ O and obtain the formulas for the number of idempotent elements of the corresponding semigroup.
