Abstract

The group TGAn of tame invertible polynomial maps is generated by the affine group AGLn and the triangular polynomial maps group Bn. In reality, for n > 2, Bn can be replaced by only one arbitrary nonlinear element, i.e., TGAn = 〈q, AGLn〉, q ∈ Bn\AGLn. Some classes of polynomial maps q, which have the same property are ascertained.
