Abstract
This paper primarily deals with the study of [Formula: see text]-derivations associated with Lie–Yamaguti algebras (LY-algebras). Taking [Formula: see text] as an automorphism group, the concept of [Formula: see text]-derivations, which is a derivation under both the bilinear and trilinear operations is defined for LY-algebras. Then some important properties of [Formula: see text]-derivations are studied along with their relationship with other generalized derivations of LY-algebras.
