Abstract
The objective of this paper is to examine various approximation properties of the q-Gamma operators developed by Cheng et al. (2020) in the context of a polynomial weighted space. Following that, we modify these operators to investigate the approximation properties of differentiable functions in the same space, providing evidence that the modified operators have a better rate of convergence.
