Abstract
A nontrival upper estimate of the form n √2n (1 + o(1)) is proposed for the Shannon function of the length of the unit checking test for transpositions of variables of a Boolean function from P 2 n , and it is proved that the Shannon function of the length of a unit diagnostic test for transpositions of variables of a Boolean function from P 2 n has an asymptotics of the form n 2/2.
