Abstract
Assuming a “two-peak” characteristic phonon density of states for superconductors it is shown that the deviation of the electron system from its equilibrium state may become substantially stronger compared with a well-studied ideal model for metals. If the charge carriers interact with the transverse phonon modes, then the nonequilibrium deviation grows additionally and the creation of inversely populated states becomes possible.
