Abstract

It is no overstatement to say that crisis seems to be unstable and may outbreak whenever and wherever possible. There is a growing awareness that enterprises will be greatly threatened as the increase of the fierce market competition. Various kinds of crisis events give rise to the test of blood and fire towards enterprises. Consumers' trust, brand reputation and even market share which are built up laboriously by enterprises may eventually collapse during this test. Therefore, we must be mindful of the potential danger and stay prepared against adversities in times of peace. Not only has this article expounded the connotation of crisis management of the enterprise, but has analyzed the current status of crisis management of the enterprise in China as well, let alone the specific measures of the enterprise crisis management according to the actual circumstances. Thorough crisis management mechanism is definitely the key for the enterprises to keep their heads above water. Finally, in the crisis there lie opportunities, which must be seized by all means.
