Abstract
In this paper we will give a brief overview about the structure of finite-dimensional commutative nilalgebras and the classical Albert’s problem. One of the principal deficiencies in the theory of algebras is a good structure theory for nilalgebras. We think that these results enable us to better understand the structure of finite-dimensional power-associative nilalgebras.
