Abstract

This chapter focuses on certain ordinary differential expressions and associated integral inequalities. The inequalities considered provide an extension of this type of estimate to second-order expressions with unbounded coefficients. Some inequalities also yield results in the theory of relatively bounded perturbations of the differential operators generated. The chapter discusses certain a priori estimates for differential expressions of arbitrary order with bounded coefficients, the inequality by Everitt and Giertz, and various theorems.
