Abstract

This is an analysis of the concepts and structures occurring in Bunge's theory of things. There are a few remarks on the basic structure of individual things, which, however, do not affect the theory seriously. The analysis of the theory of properties of individuals and that of things shows that it contains inconsistencies and defects in its definitions which are rather substantial. A number of suggestions for improvement of the theory are put forward.
