AbstractThe analysis of the characteristics of a large number of developed large complex active regions (CAR) leaded to the understanding of the fact that at the lower solar atmosphere are existing boundaries of special kinds. These boundaries are the places of separation of magnetic structures, which are developed independent in the first order.
