Abstract
The present paper is dealing with nonstationary signal modeling. Two parameter estimation methods are compared. The first one is a blockwise method performed in a single step over the hole data . The second one is sequential and processes recursively the data. The two methods are discribed and generalised to the noisy case. Both of them are tested on simulated signals and compared using an information creterion.
