On Analysis of Suggestions on the Development of China's Renewable Energy Industry Based on "Low-Carbon Economy"

Abstract

It is of significance to reduce the demand of high-carbon energy such as fossil, increase the production and demand of low-carbon energy such as the renewable energy (new energy) and so on, and promote the economic development mode from “high-carbon economy” to “low-carbon economy” to transfer based on the innate requirements of “low-carbon economy”. The article analyzes the importance developing the renewable energy industry on developing “low-carbon economy”, and problems currently existed in the development of China's renewable energy industry. Accordingly, the article puts forward policies for the development of the renewable energy industry of China required for “Low-carbon economy” followed as: To improve the awareness of the importance to develop the renewable energy industry; To promote the renewable energy technology innovation, enhance the independent innovation capability of the renewable energy enterprises, and improve the technology level of the renewable energy industry; To establish the coordination organizations to promote the renewable energy industry to develop, and set up the coordination mechanisms through the integral management ways; To improve the policies and laws of the renewable energy industry.
