Abstract

Let be an entire function of exponential type and of completely regular growth, its conjugate diagram, and the displacement of by the vector . Next let and be arbitrary fixed points, and and be regions such that and . The estimate where does not depend on , is established for a Dirichlet polynomial , whose exponents are the zeros of , in some region containing the set . A number of corollaries follow from the estimate.Bibliography: 7 items.
