Abstract
The paper considers Markov multi-channel queueing systems with a single retrial attempt to begin service process. The authors establish the conditions of the existence of stationary mode and propose efficient algorithms for calculation of the stationary probabilities with the use of continued fractions and explicit vector-matrix formulas.
