102 plant species collected from Netarhat Plateaux, Bihar by the present authors is apart from its enumeration, an addition to Haines' record (1921) from Netarhat, mention of which was made by H. F. Mooney (1944;. And since tne region is phytogeoafraphically important, the paper also deserves its utility from conservation point of view.
