Abstract

This report presents psychodynamics based on clinical cases of patients with neurotic and borderline personality structure. Psychodynamics in therapy is necessary to understand the genesis and treatment of emotional disorders of intrapsychic conflicts, which are the result of an unconscious struggle of contradictory motives within the personality, since most of our thoughts, feelings and behavior are determined by unconscious mental processes. Tracking psychodynamics helps to lift the veil of the patient's deep "requests", and also regulates the course of therapy. The formation of psychodynamic processes depends on various factors: the patient's medical history, the true desire to be cured, and, of course, on the personality structure.
