Abstract

Background: Omega (Ω) advancement flap is a local advancement flap with a circular geometric design that has been described in closure of circular skin defects for surgical management of neoplastic & non-neoplastic skin lesions on face, neck & trunk. Using a similar principle, with some modification, we describe the use of this flap in breast conserving surgery requiring skin excision.
