Abstract

In this paper, we present a reference-model to support information processing of business-co-operations. The co-operation of autonomous and heterogeneous partners leads to special demands, which mainly result in increased flexibility with respect to the definition and execution of inter-organisational processes. In the following, a general framework will be established in order to account for the superior flexibility-efficiency. Additionally, this framework will allow the consideration of individual user-preferences.
