Abstract
The meningeal lymphatics system plays diverse roles in facilitating neuroimmune function at brain borders, yet its specific contribution toward glial function and homeostasis is not known. In this issue of Immunity, Das Neves etal. (2024) describe a novel role for the meningeal lymphatics in maintaining oligodendrocyte survival and myelination.
