Abstract

This study explored the needs and problems of diverse communities of older people in relation to information, advice and advocacy. Older people were interviewed individually and in focus groups, as were service providers. Recommendations for services that would meet the needs expressed by older people were developed and solutions then prioritised. Available from York Publishing Services Ltd.
