Abstract

In this study, which examines business valuation management in multinational educational enterprises, it is aimed to contribute to the literature by contacting theoretical and conceptual issues within the framework of field literature studies on the subject. The most important internal and external factor in international education studies is undoubtedly culture. The religion, value, language, attitude, politics, and law that create this are also among the main Deciders that should be taken into account in the development and achievement of the quality and quality of education. Without taking this into account, multinational business managers may not be able to achieve the success they have achieved in their own country in other different countries if they continue their activities only according to the norms and characteristics of the culture in which they grew up. As globalization increases, the number of foreign participants in the administrative level of multinational educational enterprises conducting activities in a different environmental environment also increases, and group work isolated from prejudices such as race, nationality, religion becomes necessary. The social, cultural, political, economic, scientific and technical form of the countries where multinational educational enterprises are active also directly affects the practices of business valuation management applied.
