Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the data analysis on the impact and role of distribution in the definition of maid training services within the scope of new approaches in economic development at school. It is also strong that there is an increase in current usage gaps and power to improve performance regarding the impact and role of reproduction in determining teachers' in-service training needs. The relationship and interaction process between people in the organization continues to intensify, and efforts towards this expansion continue to increase. In the plans of maid training options; It is important in changing concepts such as quality, performance and efficiency. Maid education is a concept that needs to be emphasized. New approaches to individual professional development at school and concepts of servant training remain up-to-date as concepts frequently used in the literature and in daily life. When in-service training is defined as an activity that aims to reduce the difference between the qualifications of the person working in any institution and the nature of what he does and to provide the desired characteristics; It is extremely important for them to be informed about the developments and changes in their fields and to keep up with new conditions. The results will be tried to be conveyed by examining the data on teachers' opinions about the scope and role of diagnosis in determining the in-service training needs of this potential capacity.
