Abstract
Based on the principle of no added chemicals, no secondary pollution, pure physical methods have been proposed in oil sludge treatment process in the paper. Two experimental methods, the use of flotation sludge sedimentation and centrifugal separation are used in ultrasonic radiation experiments to research and compare the effects of oil sludge demulsification. The demulsification effect after ultrasonic radiation has been measured directly and analyzed experimentally. Finally, the solid and liquid phase has been separated by centrifugation and the left oily wastewater has been recycled by coupled membrane cut manner. The results show that: under the conditions of a temperature of 60 °C, sound intensity of 1 W·cm−2, 4∼5min time by the use of ultrasonic treatment of oil sludge, the demulsification is best. The best working conditions to use centrifugation is 3000r/min, 12min. The result reaches clear water and pure oil.
