Abstract

The article is devoted to one of the most acute problems of Kazakhstan - corruption, which is a significant factor in the deterioration of the human rights situation. As a result of the use by officials of their official position for personal gain, virtually all basic human rights are violated. The authors analyze the extent of corruption and the participation in it of public servants holding senior positions. Special attention is paid to the statistics of corruption, as well as its analysis, the causes of corruption are determined and analyzed in detail.
