Abstract
Introduction: Office hysteroscopy is an accessible, accurate, well-tolerated and cost-effective procedure that allows evaluation of the uterine cavity with a low rate of surgical complications. However, it is essential to investigate the risk factors for technique failure and surgical complications in order to accurately select patients who will benefit from its performance in an outpatient setting.
