Abstract
CHICAGO — Studies show that adult learners tend to do better in higher education when they make personal connections with your campus — and with their peers. At George Fox University in Portland, Oregon, cohorts have facilitated successful connections between adult learners and the institution and helped boost retention and completion rates.
