Abstract
Microwave surface resistance values of at a temperature 77 K and frequency 10 GHz were measured on thin films prepared on both sides of a -buffered substrate by off-axis pulsed laser deposition in a one-step process. The duration of the completely in situ fabrication of the double-sided film was determined to be 35 min. The use of the modified oven design heater enabled an adequately stable and precise temperature control during the deposition on a free-standing substrate.
